Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Madhavsrushti. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Items Eligible for Return: We accept returns of unused and undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags intact. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
